YOUNG REPUBLICAN NATIONAL FEDERATION UNVEILS NEW ONLINE BRANDING WITH .GOP DOMAIN

MAY 2, 2016

For Immediate Release

Summary: The Young Republican National Federation rebrands their online presence, with a new website, logo and a custom Republican domain from .gop.

Washington, D.C. –  The Young Republican National Federation (YRNF) revealed the redesign of its online presence during the Young Republican biennial Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. on April 30, 2016. The unveiling included a newer, bolder webdesign, an updated logo and the use of a custom domain from .gop. The new website is www.yrnf.gop.

YRNF is an official national organization under the Republican Party umbrella for conservative young adults between the ages of 18 and 40. The Young Republican Leadership Conference (YRLC), held on election years, brings together members from across the country. It included elected officials and members of the Republican leadership, as well as other speakers and GOTV training.

The conference provided Young Republican leaders instruction on embracing and better utilizing new technology. To further support its members, the YRNF publicized the new website and brought in a representative from .gop to speak on the importance of using a Republican domain when branding.

“We are excited to partner with .gop and encourage fellow Young Republicans to join us in expanding the Republican footprint online,” says YRNF Co-Chair Chris Carmona. “You can now brand your current site with a custom GOP domain available at join.gopor build your new website with the win.gop tool.”

Carmona continues, “We want to see all of our chapters working together to take advantage of technology. The internet and social media have offered us many new ways to connect with members and new voters. We’re excited to announce this new branding as we focus on winning elections for Republicans this November.”

The new website features information about state chapters with an interactive map, a sign-up option for new members, and regular updates about upcoming YRNF events and media appearances.
The website will continue to expand as part of a robust communications plan being implemented by YRNF ahead of the 2016 general election.

YRNF has also increased social media use on other platforms as well, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
